Rum Punch


Today is one of those super lazy days for me. Coming off a hectic two weeks, this week is a bit of a breather for me before the storm of next week. The weather has been great though, so I thought I’d whip up a quick Rum Punch. A healthy does of Vitamin C in this cocktail would do me some good, just don’t check my claim with your doctorNote: that this version I’ve substituted the grenadine with Giffard Pamplemousse Syrup, for a grapefruit zing.


Rum Punch

• 40ml Dark Rum

• 40ml Light Rum

• 60ml Pineapple Juice

• 30ml Orange Juice

• 10ml Lime Juice

• 15ml Giffard Pamplemousse Syrup


Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard. Strain into a glass over ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a slice of pineapple. Don’t forget to use a reusable straw. Enjoy!
